Group Booking

To book group rates you need a minimum of 10 people. Simply fill out the form below. You will then receive an individual quote within 48 hours. All major credit cards are accepted. You can change the names in the booking free of charge up to four days before departure. For groups of 12 people or more you can cancel the reservation for one or two of the people travelling up to a month before departure and we will refund the full fare of the flight.

NEW: You can now reserve your seat in advance for only €5 per person and per leg!

** Children/infants: A child reduction of a third for children under the age of 12 is included when calculating the group fare. Children under 12 can travel when accompanied by a responsible adult. From the age of 12 children can also fly with Germanwings on their own. Infants under the age of 2 who travel on an adult’s lap only pay a flat-rate service fee of € 15 (on German domestic flights add 19% VAT). Infants can only travel when accompanied by an adult.
