How can I cancel a FlexPlus booking?
You can cancel your FlexPlus ticket up to 30 minutes before departure. There is a charge of 25 € per passenger for the cancellation.
Currently it is only possible to cancel your booking via our call centre or at the Germanwings airport sales information desk at the airport.
